Sprint needed a more effective way to collaborate and communicate with their internal brand group, marketing teams and external agency partners in order to ensure that brand and user-experience standards were being followed when creating messaging and collateral across a variety of mediums and channels. Sprint also wanted to utilize emerging methods of online communication to create a community around the brand and products the brand supports.
To achieve the goal of streamlining content creation and publishing, we created a custom CMS that allows admin users to publish new or updated brand standards in real-time.
Our solution allows users to create content with minimal training and zero development expertise. We also developed blogging functionality to allow the brand and marketing teams to communicate quickly across the enterprise and provided RSS feeds to ensure users receive the information when they need it.
Finally, we began a Product Ambassador social network that allows SMEs to create and manage a personal profile with a variety of information on the products they represent.
Since the launch of the Brand Community, Sprint has seen an increase in collaboration among brand, marketing and product teams which has directly resulted in more effective messaging to their customers. Brand managers are now engaging product SMEs in an effort to create a more effective working relationship.
By successfully leveraging these internal relationships, Sprint is creating a more positive experience for their customers.
