eNeighbors, founded in 2005, is a neighborhood-based social networking website developed to facilitate communication between neighbors. It also serves as a resource for homeowners accessing homes association information and communications. Based on our experience in developing enterprise application solutions, eNeighbors engaged Level Five to create a social network portal targeted to home associations, home builders and individuals within a community.
In the past, eNeighbors created individual static sites for each new neighborhood association which required lengthy development cycles. In addition, the old site lacked integration points via web services or APIs that would allow eNeighbors to tap into third-party systems. With the goal of having a fully functional site up and running in four months we pinpointed the following business objectives:
