Embarq was in the process of spinning off from Sprint in early 2006, and Level Five was approached to help launch Embarq's first website. Our project management skills and experience in enterprise application architecture and IT operational support made us an ideal partner for launching Embarq's initial site. Our brand and marketing expertise helped us succeed in standing up their primary brand messaging, corporate online platform and the interim eCommerce solution on time and under budget.
Due to the tight deadlines in launching the new company, our project management team worked closely with Embarq's business and technical resources, as well as third-party support, to develop a strategy for successfully delivering a fully functional site. We were responsible for setting up key application architectures and environments. We also led the UI development and content migration.
Quite simply, we were the only team that successfully met their deadline and budget for the project. In fact, our team was so successful that we were called in to assist with other integration points outside of our original project scope.
From environment decisions to interface functionality, we were partners in Embarq's pursuit of a best-in-class solution for their online presence. Those capabilities were what enabled us to continue a partnership with Embarq to this day.
Our clients recognize our long-term commitment to their success and understand we have the technical expertise to deliver on that commitment.
"Level Five's effort is one more example of the kind of 'can do' attitude and spirit embodied in the employees at EMBARQ."
